Real estate ombudsman IVD/VPB – Information duty under § 36 VSBG
The real estate association Immobilienverband Deutschland IVD e.V. together with the consumer association Verband Privater Bauherren e.V. (VPB) has set up an arbitration board in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Act (VSBG). E.g. disputes between consumers and members of the IVB can be presented to the arbitration court in extrajudicial arbitration proceedings.

BÖCKER SCHÜTTKEN Real Estate GmbH is a member of the IVD and bound by the statutes of the IVD to submit a written statement to the ombudsman if this process is initiated. BÖCKER SCHÜTTKEN Real Estate GmbH does not generally participate in arbitration proceedings of other arbitration bodies.
