Dr. rer. pol. Robert Böcker, managing director of BÖCKER SCHÜTTKEN Real Estate GmbH in Hamburg, has worked in a managing role in the property and finance industry for more than 20 years.
Dr. Böcker is a graduate business expert with a doctorate, and has worked in high-level roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Siemens Financial Services. Until 2013, he was the authorised representative and Chief Financial Officer at LaSalle Investment Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH in Munich, before switching over to BÖCKER SCHÜTTKEN Real Estate GmbH. Dr. Böcker is the managing shareholder of BÖCKER SCHÜTTKEN Real Estate GmbH.
Thomas Schüttken, real estate economics (IRE|BS) and CREA® (DVFA/IRE|BS) has been managing director of BÖCKER-Wohnimmobilien GmbH since 2008. After completing his degree in Music and the Performing Arts in Vienna, he studied real estate economics at the International Real Estate Business School (IRE|BS). In 2004, he took over the management of the BÖCKER-Wohnimmobilien GmbH branch in his place of birth, Meerbusch. In 2012, he founded the business area “Developer Services”, managing the new City branch until 2016. In 2017, he successfully completed further training at DVFA and IRE|BS to become a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREA®).
Also in 2017, Thomas Schüttken together with Robert Böcker founded BÖCKER SCHÜTTKEN Real Estate GmbH, with offices in Hamburg and Düsseldorf. Thomas Schüttken is a managing shareholder.
